PROCESS

1. Initial Consultation

A preliminary meeting is held to better understand the requirements of your project.

In addition, we complete a site visit that enables us to provide you with a proposal.

Once comfortable with our proposal, an initial deposit is required to start the individual design process. 

2. Concept & Design Development

A ‘design brief’ meeting is held, during which your project requirements are discussed in greater detail.

This is where we work with you and your desires to develop concepts for your new build.

3. Contract Documentation

We put together all of your information and contract requirements into the HIA Home Builder contract to ensure accountability and trust in our process.

4. Selections

Our Interior Designer consults with you, to ensure you make all the relevant selections necessary for the start of construction.

5. Construction

First turn of soil. Your construction period starts. 

6. Handover

Your development/s are completed, we hand over your project and confirm the maintenance period.
