What is the difference between a custom-home builder and a volume builder?
Builders can be roughly divided into two categories. Volume or project home builders are large companies that may construct hundreds of homes per year from a set catalogue of designs.
As compared to custom home builders that are often smaller in size and have a “hands-on” approach towards their builds with senior management often involved directly with each project.
A custom builder will accommodate custom designs from their clients.

How do I select the right builder?
Selecting your builder is an important factor in the outcome of your project.
The “right builder” will have photos and videos to show you their past work and be open and transparent with previous projects they have worked on.
They will have the appropriate licenses to build such as a DB-U.

What is your m2 rate?
It’s a common question; How much do you charge per square metre?
The reality is, for custom-built homes, have no set rate. No two projects are ever the same, no site conditions are ever the same and no clients are ever the same.
Quoting your project on a square metre rate would be inaccurate. A thorough and comprehensive quote requires the builder to fully understand the plan, scope of work, site condition and client selections. Each area is priced accordingly before it is put together to produce your project’s fee .
